Just wanted to say I stayed up until 3 AM last night reading your blog (yes, a fellow blog addict here) - this is a huge sacrifice, since I have an almost 4 year old son with mild Asperger's and an almost 1 year old son with the crazies!
Thank you for providing such insight on your decisions to homeschool your children. You are a very talented writer. As a fellow blogger, I know how hard it is to get your message across in a witty yet meaningful way.
I was compelled to send you a message because I believe in fate. After a heated discussion with my son's OT about homeschooling, I googled "Aspergers homeschool." I've been looking for some AS support groups and secular homeschool co-ops.
I read your linked post and proceeded to bounce around your blog because I enjoyed your writing style. Then I came across a post where you mentioned some street names. Hmmm... another post mentioned "The Cove" and I immediately recognized the volleyball court! I don't know if you are still in Knoxville, but I would love to get in contact with you to get some guidance and maybe some coffee :)
